Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data.

How do I change my taste preferences?

Go to Profile, then the Taste tab, to update your spice tolerance, dietary restrictions, and favorite cuisines.

Why can't I see dishes near me?

Plateful needs location access (While Using the App) to show nearby dishes. You can enable it in iOS Settings > Plateful > Location.

How do ratings work?

You rate each dish on taste and presentation. Plateful combines community ratings with your taste profile to compute a personal match score for every dish.
